Yes I have been busy....

I seem to be a bit like public transport - nothing for ages then two come along at the same time.

Really busy week last week, mostly family and friends but I wanted to take some photos of my cousin's new baby boy.

 Babies are supposed to sleep but nobody told Johnny this and he stayed awake for us nearly the whole time....   He also learned to suck his thumb during his visit with me!

Here's to you Mrs. Robinson

I don't generally photograph weddings - not really my thing but I did some photos on a very wet, windy and grey day in January.  Without showing too much as I want them to be a surprise for the bride and groom  - here is a little flavor of the wedding.  The bride "Mrs Robinson" wore her mothers dress and she rocked a perfect 50's bride look.

Smashing time with Ryan on his 1st Birthday...

This was so much fun to do and only really works when you have a little boy or girl who is really feisty and loves getting messy and into fun!  We started slowly with a few photos with the bunting and chair, I added the balloons and he was having too much fun and I could not get a good shot of him with them as they were moving so fast!

Here is a collage that I made of his day....  Would you believe me if I told you that Ryan had to have a bath in my kitchen sink before he went home.....

I think this is a lovely moment to remember and would be a great 16"x20" canvas for the wall.  The digital file for this is around €70.00 or you can have a canvas made for you and I can supply a price if required.....  So if you know of a little person who is having a 1st Birthday - consider having a Cake Smash session with me!

Communions & Confirmations

What a weekend, I needed to borrow another day but this was not an option.  So On Friday I got to photography my gorgeous nephew Conor for his Confirmation, and then on Saturday it was our school communion and I helped out on the day with the tea party we have for the girls after the ceremony.

Later in the afternoon the sun finally came out and I went to photograph my friends niece at a local hotel and got to bring my 3 girls with me, so it was a lovely afternoon.

I am sharing some of the images from their special day - these layouts can be bought as a 16" x 20" canvas and would look amazing on a wall.

The above images were taken at home in Conor's house, just before the rest of the family arrived for a party, and we got a quick session but the light was lovely.

Meet Baby Bella!

I had the pleasure of meeting this little on last week - she was 1 month new and OMG adorable but refused to sleep for me!  Apart from a 5 min cat nap that I made the most of, she mooched, slid, waved and made faces at me!  What a lovely bundle of joy and her gorgeous mum and dad are totally besotted with her.

Do you know I smiled all the way home!  Hope you like the collage, its a print option and I think would look fab as a large 16 x 20 canvas on a wall.  Give me a call if you think you would like something like that done for your little one!

Babies, babies and more babies.....

I have been having a fun time photographing some newborns and enjoying it. Now I have my new camera a 5d Mark III it's time to start taking this seriously. This is my new Logo and OMG I adore it (I did not make it myself so I can say how much it ROCKS!)

So more to come from me when I get myself sorted! But I just wanted to share some Baby Announcement cards that I just made as a sample for a new mom!
